Section 64
Additional punishment for offenses related to postage stamps or postal items
: If a person commits theft, robbery, embezzlement or forgery of postage stamps, postal orders or receipts (coupons) and postal items in the condition of being issued by the post office, theft, robbery, embezzlement or forgery. Punishment according to Nepal law will be imprisonment up to one year or fine up to one thousand rupees or both.
